Meet The Team
Shawn Wadham
Managing Director
Shawn has a background in assembly, starting in the industry hand placing components at big CEMs to managing assembly departments. He has expert knowledge in all things assembly including but not limited to: PTH, SM, Flex assemblies and box builds.
Fun facts: Shawn is a motorbike enthusiast and is a lover of all animals.
Sophie Bill
Managing Director
Sophie has a background in quality management, sales and customer service. She has great knowledge and experience in IPC and AS9100. Organised and driven, with a passion for each and every project.
Fun Facts: Sophie is a lover of all things car and automotive related, she currently drives / has an ongoing project of a 1997 E36 BMW.
Tess Iles
Sales & Planning Manager
Tess started in the industry working at CEMs and went on to set up a successful assembly department whilst at a previous PCB manufacturing company. She has high level of skills in assembly and sales and comes with a outstanding ability to find even the most obsecure parts
Fun fact: Tess is our crazy cat lady.
Mary
Electronic Technician
Mary joined the Industry in 2015, within her 10 years in the industry she quickly worked her way up to a supervisor role and qualified as an IPC-610 CIS.With her hardworking and caring nature, you can be assured all jobs will be released to the highest quality.
Fun Fact: Mary is our resident Yogi!
Kyle
Electronic Technician
Kyle joined the team back in 2016 and since have been trained in IPC-600 and building Pinflex.
Fun facts: He indulges in blacksmithing and was trained as a Ninja!
